Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, Payment once made will not be refunded under any circumstances, unless an online / offline Training Program gets cancelled by Trade2Transform, in which case the full amount paid by the participants shall be refunded within 15 days through credit into their bank accounts as per the details specified by them.

NO SUBSTITUTIONS (one person replacing another) can be made. A substitution cannot be made at any time. The course should be consumed by the purchaser alone.

IF A REFUND IS DUE, it will be made in the manner of original payment – if the payment was online, the refund will be to the card used for the payment – if the payment was by check, cash, or money order, the refund will be made by check (only after original check clears)
